Now that the house in Littlestown has been sold and settled, I want to thank you for your hard work in this matter. On the day we settled, I felt that my "thank you" to you & Jeff was insufficient. I guess I was caught up in the moment and was mostly concerned about my own feelings at the time. I know that this particular sale was frustrating at times for both of you and for your staff.

From the beginning right on through settlement, I was very pleased with your professionalism, your caring personality, your sound judgement, and your sense of good humor. The experience of parting with our parents' last residence was not joyful; however, the manner in which you conducted yourself made the matter much less painful for me and, I'm sure, for my brother as well.

I will take this means to thank and congratulate Jeff on the fine job he did, as well. Your son is a bright, energetic, and caring young man. I expect that he will excel in the profession. He has a lot going for him, personally and professionally. You are teaching him well. I am really glad he was the agent who made the sale.

We would like to express our thanks to Linda Garber and her son Jeff, for their outstanding work in helping us to sell our home. Early on, we had decided that we would attempt to sell the home on our own. We advertised our home over a period of three months, but unfortunately had no success in finding a buyer for it. It was at this point that we decided to list it with a real estate agent. Within a few days of informing Linda of our decision, we signed our listing agreement, and the "for sale" sign was placed in our front yard. This was on a Monday evening. Within the next twenty-four hours, we received a call from Linda stating that they had talked with a couple who were interested in seeing our home. I wanted to write and thank you for the great job you did helping me to sell my home. I have to say that enlisting your help was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

Being in quality assurance and customer service for over twenty years has made me into a pretty tough customer, but I have to say that your service has met my expectations every step of the way. I was very impressed with the way you told me up front what you would do for me and kept your commitments at each step. I also will be forever in your debt for going the extra mile watching out for my home in my absence, clearing out the garbage from my refrigerator when we thought something had died in my house, and most recently, coordinating the replacement of my septic tank. These things are not in your job description but you went that extra mile for me and I sincerely appreciate it.

In the five homes that I have bought and sold over the past seventeen years, I have to say that you two were the best agens I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I can be pretty demanding when it comes to real estate agents and you two really were head and shoulders above the rest.

Thank you so much for all of your help during the sale of our aunt's house. Your valuable insight into what was important was advantageous to us up to and throughout settlement.
